Dementia360, a support program for families caring for family living with dementia at home is partnering with Flourishing Communities, a non-profit organization whose mission is to eliminate food insecurity and develop opportunities for personal, family, and community well-being, to offer free support and education program to dementia family caregivers. Since October, we have been holding monthly, 3-night dementia education workshops in various neighborhoods around Pittsburgh. Our next workshop will be held at the Community of Change Center in the West End on Feb 27th-29th from 6-8 pm.
