DESCRIPTION:February 27\, 28\, 29\, 2024\n6:00 PM – 8:00 PM\nCommunity of Change Center\n3632 Centralia Street\nPittsburgh (West End)\, PA 15204 \nDementia360\, a support program for families caring for family living with dementia at home is partnering with Flourishing Communities\, a non-profit organization whose mission is to eliminate food insecurity and develop opportunities for personal\, family\, and community well-being\, to offer free support and education program to dementia family caregivers. Since October\, we have been holding monthly\, 3-night dementia education workshops in various neighborhoods around Pittsburgh. Our next workshop will be held at the Community of Change Center in the West End on Feb 27th-29th from 6-8 pm.
