Guide for Guardians 2008
Guardianship is a very complex process with many responsibilities of great
consequence. Since an individual’s basic civil rights are at stake,
guardianship should only be pursued as a last resort. If guardianship
is ultimately the only acceptable decision, those taking on these duties
need assistance and direction with the responsibilities of being a guardian.
This manual was developed to provide that assistance and direction about
guardianship and its alternatives.SWPPA Member - $35.00 (Non-members
